Just a short stroll from stunning beaches and the charming cafés, tavern and surf breaks of Cape Paterson's original village, this is the perfect escape for families, friends or couples.
The space
Eco Beach House is a 7.6 Star Sustainable Passive Solar House. Its smart orientation, shading, glazing, insulation and thermal mass, make for comfortable and serene living spaces all year round. It's ideal for two smaller families, a larger extended family, four couples, or a group of friends. Please note that it is a no-pet house.
The Rooms and Spaces...
Bedroom 1: One (1) Queen bed, WIR, study, and portacot. Block-out cellular blinds, ceiling fan and split system heater/air conditioner. Memory foam mattress with fitted sheet, top sheet, and King quilt.
Ensuite: shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom 2: Two (2) single beds and BIR. Block-out cellular blinds, ceiling fan and portable heater. Memory foam mattresses with fitted sheets and single quilts (top sheets available on request).
Bedroom 3: One (1) Queen bed and BIR. Block-out cellular blinds, ceiling fan and portable heater. Memory foam mattress with fitted sheet, top sheet, and King quilt.
Bedroom 4: Two (2) single beds, chair and hanging rack. Block-out cellular blinds, ceiling fan and portable heater. Memory foam mattresses with fitted sheets and single quilts (top sheets available on request).

Bathroom: vanity, bath and shower.
Toilet: adjoins laundry.
Laundry: washing machine and cleaning equipment.
Kitchen: Bosch appliances (induction hob, oven and dishwasher), double sink, quality utensils and cooking equipment. Breakfast nook with espresso machine, stovetop coffee pot, coffee grinder, and toaster.
Walk-in-pantry: LG refrigerator, Kitchenaid mixer, sandwich press, stick blender, rice cooker and microwave.
Dining: 8 seat dining table. High chair and toddler seat available in the garage.
Lounge: 10 seat King sofas, coffee table, cabinet with games & puzzles and TV bench with toy baskets and throw blankets.
Garage: table tennis table and assorted sport equipment.
North-facing patio: large paved area with an 8 seat dining setting, gas BBQ and bench seating.
South-facing terrace: paved area with views of the ocean with bench seating.
Service yard behind the garage: washing line and outdoor shower.
Guest access
You have access to all areas within the house, except the locked garage cupboards.

The Community Farm is open from 10-11am on Saturdays selling their freshly harvested produce.

• First Surf Beach (1.2km via Surf Beach Road) - great for beginner and intermediate swimmers, body surfers and boogie boarders, patrolled in summer.
• Second Surf Beach (1km via Second Surf Car Park) - a high energy beach backed by high dunes, the surfing beach for Cape Paterson. Take care on this beach as rips dominate together with some rocks and reefs. Unpatrolled.
• F Break Beach (1km via Wilsons Road) - a beautiful, wild beach with mammoth sand dunes. Not suitable for swimming. Long walks in both directions. Great for fishing with breath-taking sunset views.
• Bay Beach (1.5km via Coral St) - a safe swimming beach, perfect for kids of all ages, patrolled in summer. A popular snorkelling spot, abundant with sea life and kelp gardens.
• Rock Pool (1.5km via Coral St) - built by coal miners in the 1960s. Wade, play and float in the sea water.
