Enjoy a modern, fully updated condo right on historic Peachtree Street. Located in a safe, vibrant tourist and business district, you'll be steps from Atlanta's best attractions.
The Location
A Short Walk To: Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and the Georgia World Congress Center.
Convenience: Just one block from the Apparel & Merchandise Markets.
Guest Access & Amenities
You have full private access to the entire apartment (except for one supply closet).
A community laundry center is available in the basement.
Easy Transit: Only one block from the Peachtree Center MARTA station. Public transit is highly recommended if you don't have a car!

Closest ($15–$25/day): Paid lot directly next door at 17 Baker St NW.
Budget-Friendly (~$12/night): Secure garage 3 blocks away at 377 Ted Turner Drive NW. Tip: Cross Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd, turn right after Mellow Mushroom, use the far-right garage door, and park in any "Visitor" space.
Building Details & House Rules
Heating & AC: The building operates on a central seasonal system (either heat or air). You can adjust the airflow speed (Low/Med/High) using the dial under the top lid of the in-room units.
Quiet Hours & Respect: This is a residential building. Please keep noise down, especially after 8:00 PM. No smoking, pets, or parties. Concierge visits for rule violations will result in a fine.
Check-in/out: To ensure maximum cleanliness and sanitization between guests, we strictly cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.

The apartment is a block away from Peachtree Center MARTA. It's highly recommended you use MARTA if you do not require a car during your stay.
Regarding parking - there is a paid parking lot located directly next to the building @ 17 BAKER ST NW. Rates range anywhere from $15-$25/day depending on how busy downtown is.
If you don't mind walking 3 blocks, there is a slightly cheaper and more secure parking garage, with nightly rates around $12 I think.
The address to that garage is: 377 TED TURNER DRIVE NW
(If you are on TED TURNER DR wait till you cross over IVAN ALLEN JR BLVD, the entrance is located immediately on your right hand side after you pass Mellow Mushroom Pizza.)
*You will see three garage door openings go to the one on the far right, take a ticket and park in any one of the parking spaces marked "visitor".
