This property allows parking for up to 3 vehicles. The driveway can fit 2 cars, and 1 car may be parked at the curbside. Please note that the street is a bit narrow, and larger vehicles such as trailers or oversized trucks are difficult to accommodate as they may block neighbors’ spaces.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
For your safety and the security of the property, a Ring doorbell camera is installed solely at the front entrance of the home. This camera only monitors the exterior of the property.

NUMBER OF GUESTS:
Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 10 adults for overnight stays.

NO SMOKE / NO PARTIES:
Any violation will terminate your reservation and make you financially responsible for any damage or loss.
