The open living area with natural light with canal views, section sofa, smart TV, dining table for 6 with additional seating for 3 at the center island.
The beautiful updated kitchen boasts granite counter tops, all new stainless appliances and a separate pantry off the dining area.
The master suite features a King size bed with a large walk in closet and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Just past the living area the two guest bedrooms, King room and bunk room (Queen and 2 twins) share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
Enjoy the spacious deck that overlooks the canal with plenty of seating and a gas grill to cook the days catch.
Located on a canal that empties into the Apalachicola Bay, you can launch your kayak or paddle board directly from your own private launch and dock.
