Beautiful North Conway Village Home in the Heart of the Mt. Washington Valley - minutes to everything the Valley has to offer! Minutes to Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana Bath's, Saco River, Black Cat Mtn. 10 minutes to North Conway Village and The Met, Zebbs, Horsefeathers with and all of the wonderful shops and restaurants. Great family neighborhood for riding bikes. Great for hiking, tubing, golf, skiing. It is 15 minutes to the slopes of Attitash Mountain and Storyland. Welcome home

Vacationing as a family is a special time to bond and catch up. We love to eat our meals together as a family, so as your host we have given you all the tools to do the same, including a crockpot where you can prep a hearty meal to be ready after a nice long hike. We even provided dog bowls for your furry family members to join you. We love the kitchen and how it flows into the spacious living room. Three of the bedrooms have a private, singular queen bed allowing enough space for alone time. The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin beds for the kids.

The home also has ample outdoor space for grilling, and relaxing. Located in a quiet neighborhood.

This Home is in a quiet family neighborhood with many full-time residents. This means we follow best in class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. The home is equipped with Noise Aware Technology that measures noise levels throughout the property and allows us to respond without disrupting your stay Noise Aware is 100% privacy compliant, we have a strict quiet hour of 10 pm to 9 am, if noise is louder than our accepted levels, we will be notified. We do this so we can have the right to rent our home in the future and to be good neighbors.

You get the whole house, there is plenty of parking in the circular driveway, you have key less entry with your own private code to get into.

Our neighborhood is very family friendly, great for walking the dog, and riding your bike. We have wonderful trails less than a quarter mile from out front door, they lead to Echo lake and both Cathedral Ledge and Whitehorse Ledge. Ton's of great mountain biking trails, very well marked. It is also very close to Hales Reservation Golf Course.

If you need a ride, there is no Uber but there is Fast Taxi. 603-356-0000.

There is a wonderful spacious deck, where you could cook and eat meals on the charcoal grill. We have two tables out there for eating or just having your morning coffee. Take a right out of the driveway on foot and where the road starts to bend you can find trails that will lead you to Echo Lake State Park.
