Disentiserhof Apartment A 208 on the 2nd floor in the hotel complex "Disentiserhof". Handicapped access and lift. Container and lockable stroller / bike / ski storage, laundry with tumble dryer. Large garden and picnic / children's playground for general use. Closed, underground garage. Pets not allowed, Non smoking apartment, (including balconies as flooring not glimmerfest). The facility Disentiserhof consists of 153 apartments, with the vast majority was not for rent by the hotel. Thus, all facilities were and are in operation as in an apartment building such as house maintenance, post office, TV / radio, refuse, laundry, garage, elevator, etc. Furthermore, the free Internet reception in the hall before the old reception is still guaranteed. The complex is by no means abandoned but on the contrary quite well animated. The indoor pool and restaurant are closed until further notice. The nearest restaurant is a few meters. (3 minutes on foot) from the complex and the village center is also well developed, either with the free local bus or on foot (10 minutes). In Sedrun there is an indoor pool on favorable terms available, accessible by train or car (20 min.). In my apartment the sun shines guaranteed about 5/12 hours (winter / summer) because it is a corner apartment with 2 balconies (south + west). It also offers a beautiful view of the Alps and the village. Both bedrooms are equipped with micro-hi-fi systems (CD / FM radio / tape) and the living room with a semi-professional hi-fi system (including CD video) with 4 speakers.

A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.

The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.

What happens to my breakage deposit?

The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
