A separate sunning area is on the roof. There is disabled access to the apartment building and to the apartment. Pets are welcome. For the colder days or nights, there is a fireplace in living room; wood is available free of charge. The owner speaks German, English and French.

The beach promenade (pedestrian precinct) and the beach are in front of the house. There is a terrace (table and chairs) with a panoramic sea view.

The minimum stay for this apartment is 6 to 7 days, a maximum stay of 14 days is possible.

Bars, restaurants and shopping possibilities (including kiosks, pharmacy, groceries for your daily needs, among others) are within walking distance, while large markets are about three kilometres away. Internet (for free) in bars in walking distance.
