Kayak, paddleboard, fish, or relax by the water as birds, butterflies, and wildlife surround you. This 3BR/2BA home offers a cozy, organic coastal feel. Just 25–30 minutes to Rehoboth Beach—close to everything, yet peacefully removed. Perfect for unwinding, reconnecting, and enjoying the quiet beauty of the bay.

The space
Private single Family home with 2 bedrooms and 2 loft spaces.
Entry level includes foyer, garage with Kayak, kites, boogie boards and more. Also include bedroom with Queen bed and a entertainment room with large TV.

Main level includes 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, fully equipped kitchen, livingroom with smart TV and sunroom with dining table. 4 couches. walk out to deck with ramp ( no steps) into our private 'yard' with charcoal grill and outdoor seating.

Upper level loft includes 2 rooms ( 1 being primary with King bed) and and additional room with Queen bed and twin with trundle. Great space for families. 1 large full primary bath. Balcony off the primary bedroom with amazing views of sunrise and the water.

Guest access
Entire house minus 1 owners utility area.

1. It’s a true nature escape 🌿
Dilly Dally sits right on the bay in a peaceful, natural setting. The beach is not groomed or commercial—you’ll find wildlife, shifting shoreline, and a front-row seat to bird and marine life.

2. Nature comes with… nature 🦀
Horseshoe crabs and crab shells are often part of the shoreline (they’re harmless!), and depending on wind and weather, flies can come and go. It’s all part of bay life—we do our best to manage it, but it’s not a controlled environment.

3. Quiet over crowds 🌊
This is not a boardwalk-style beach. There are no arcades, big waves, or busy scenes here—just calm water, sunsets, and space to unwind. If you’re looking for action, it’s about a 25–30 minute drive away in Rehoboth.

Perfect for nature lovers, families, and anyone craving a slower pace—kayaking, bird watching, beach walks, and a little bit of “dilly dallying” in between.

Its quiet here, on purpose.
