Welcome to Diamante Azurea, hosted by Palmera Retreats in the gated Gold Coast community in Noord, Aruba. This one-bedroom condo brings together the freedom of your own home and access to Gold Coast’s shared pools, gym, tennis courts and clubhouse.

YOUR PRIVATE SUNSET BALCONY
Take your morning coffee outside, settle into the outdoor seating after a swim, or fire up the gas BBQ for dinner as the sky changes colour. The furnished balcony has space to dine and enjoy the sunset, with distant ocean views.

ROOM TO UNWIND
The separate bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning and room-darkening shades. The living room opens onto the balcony and includes a queen sofa bed. Two Smart TVs, Wi-Fi and guest-adjustable air conditioning make evenings at home easy. The one-bathroom layout includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels and Royal Aruba Aloe toiletries.

COOK, PACK LIGHT, STAY A LITTLE LONGER
Make breakfast before the beach or dinner after a day out. The kitchen includes a cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, a drip coffee maker, kettle and toaster. An in-condo washer and dryer help keep holiday packing simple.

BEACH DAYS, READY TO GO
Beach chairs, an umbrella, towels and a cooler are included. Explore Arashi Beach, Boca Catalina or Palm Beach, then return to your own comfortable base in Noord. These beaches are nearby outings; the condo is not beachfront.

THE GOLD COAST EXPERIENCE
Enjoy shared outdoor pools, a gym and tennis courts, with the clubhouse and Brisas di Oro restaurant and bar a short walk away. For a change of pace, explore golf and dining at nearby Tierra del Sol. Restaurant meals, drinks and golf are paid separately.

A GOOD FIT FOR YOUR STAY
Azurea welcomes a maximum of 3 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children. It is on the second floor, reached by one flight of stairs, with no elevator. Free parking and keypad self check-in are provided.

Come for Aruba’s beaches. Leave room for slow mornings, a poolside afternoon and one more sunset at home.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire condo and private furnished balcony are yours for the stay. You also have access to Gold Coast’s shared outdoor pools, gym and tennis courts. Free parking is available on the premises. Entry to the condo is by keypad; Gold Coast gate security may request identification. Resort facilities are shared with other guests and residents and are subject to community rules.

PLEASE KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
• Maximum occupancy: 3 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children.
• Second floor: one flight of stairs; no elevator.
• Check-in from 3:00 p.m.; checkout by 11:00 a.m.
• No pets, parties or events.
• No smoking inside the condo or on the balcony.
• Registered guests only. Please respect Gold Coast community rules and quiet hours.
• An active Ring video doorbell outside the front entrance monitors the exterior entrance area. There are no indoor cameras.
• Gate security may request identification.
• A crib, highchair and optional mid-stay housekeeping are available on request for an additional charge.
• Pools, gym and tennis facilities are shared. Restaurant meals, drinks and golf are extra.
