Destiny Guesthouse Kuching is a 200 sqm double-storey residential home situated in Green Heights, Kuching, Sarawak. It is located in a safe, and upscale residential suburb. The property is five minutes from Kuching International Airport.

Local supermarkets including Everrise, Farley, Econsave, and LePapa, as well as coffee shops, are three to five minutes away. Major dining hubs such as Gala City, Aeroville, and Premier 101 are five to ten minutes away. Downtown Kuching and the Waterfront are fifteen minutes away.

CHECK-IN OPTIONS

1. Daytime Check-in with Concierge (Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

Concierge Welcome: Our host will meet you at the property to hand over the keys, introduce you to the house features, and assist with settling in.

Pre-Arrival Notice: Please let us know your estimated arrival time or flight details at least 30 minutes in advance so we can prepare for your arrival.

2. Self Check-In (After Working Hours & Late Arrivals)

If you are arriving after working hours or late at night, please use our secure keylock box:

Locate the Keylock Box: Mounted on the main entrance wall right beside the front door.

Enter Passcode: Set the dials to your private 4-digit PIN, given upon arrival.

Retrieve Keys: Press the release lever down to open the compartment, retrieve the house key fob and gate remote, then scramble the dials for security.

Returning Keys: At check-out, simply lock up the house, place the keys back inside the mailbox, and message us.

GATE & VEHICLE ACCESS

Main Gate: The double sliding gate is operated via the remote fob attached to your house key set.

Carport Parking: You may park up to 4 vehicles inside the fully covered tiled driveway.

Night Arrival Lighting: Automatic dusk-to-dawn pillar lights and warm overhead carport festoon lights remain on for easy visibility at night.

100% Smoke-Free Indoors: Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. Guests may smoke outdoors in the driveway or garden areas using provided ashtrays.

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. As the guesthouse is located in a peaceful residential suburb, please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours. Commercial events and unannounced parties are not permitted.

Garbage & Food Waste Disposal

Daily Food Waste: Please dispose of food scraps in the kitchen bin daily to prevent pests.

Household Trash: Bagged general household trash should be placed inside the large outdoor wheelie bins located along the side pebbled walkway.

Water & Energy Conservation

Drinking Water: Clean drinking water is available via our on-site water filtration system in the kitchen. Tap water should be boiled or filtered before drinking.

Power Saving: Please turn off air conditioners, fans, and lights whenever you leave the house to help conserve energy.

Departure Checklist (Check-out by 4:00 PM)

Turn off all air conditioning units, lights, and kitchen appliances.

Ensure all windows and glass sliding doors are locked.

Lock the front door, place all key sets and gate remotes inside the mailbox, and send us a quick text to let us know you've checked out.
