The house is located in Farmville Lakes, which has a beautiful stocked lake for fishing that backs up to Kreher Preserve & Nature Center. There are sidewalks that connect to other neighborhoods, which makes it great for walking and running. Enjoy the sunset on the front porch with lake views! Enjoy the Solo fire pit in the backyard.

The kitchen is well stocked with a gas cooktop, Ninga Blender, slow cooker, barware & cocktail shaker set, knife set, toaster, even the little things like cookie sheets, pizza cutters, kitchen scissors and tupperware! Our coffee bar includes: a Nespresso, a Cuisinart coffee maker, a french press, an electric kettle, a frother, sugar, to-go cups, and of course coffee beans, pods and tea.

You will have private access to the entire home, including the garage game room and private backyard. Keyless entry allows for easy self-check-in. As our guest, you also have full access to the wonderful Farmville Lakes community amenities, including a sparkling swimming pool and a beautiful stocked lake perfect for fishing.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We live nearby and can be reached through the app if you have any questions or need local recommendations. Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities.

Our new construction subdivision consists of beautiful homes, condos, and a stocked lake for fishing! We are located directly in between Auburn University and the RTJ at Grand National Golf Course.

Our home is a short drive or Uber to downtown Auburn and Jordan Hare. We have parking for a maximum of 4 cars in the driveway. Our HOA does not allow street parking.

This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbors at all times. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.

The home is best suited for families, golf groups, and responsible adult travelers. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Only registered guests may stay overnight. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
