Desert Oasis Pool Home, Gated Community w/LAKE - Indio

Enjoy Terra Lago lifestyle, gated community with 20 acre lake and a kids shaded playground. 10 minutes from the new Acrisure arena and 5 minutes from Empire Polo Club. This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with private salt water pool and spa , a BBQ and fire pit . Granite counter top kitchen and island. Tile floor throughout! Master bedroom has a king size bed. Guest room has a queen size bed. Middle guest room has bunk beds. WIFI. We do offer early or late check out at a fee of $75.

The space
This community is truly a relaxing place! It’s perfect for a family with young kids . There is a beautiful lake ..feed the ducks...have a picnic! There is also a shaded playground! Lots of green parks and run around and be free! it has a private salt water pool and spa in the back yard ! We will charge $55 per day to heat the pool. We are very pet friendly, but do charge $50 per stay per pet for your pets. Early or late check out may be available. Please message us in advance, we do charge $75 for early check in or late checkout.

Guest are welcome to Enjoy the Lake to picnic. The house has a private salt water pool and spa in the backyard Please note we will charge $55 per day to heat the pool.

Other things to note
Early check in and late check out are available for a fee. Please reach out to us if you do need it . We are dog friends and have two dog beds and a large crate available for use .We also very Kid friendly and have a portable crib high chair attachment. and multiple toys mostly trucks (we have a toddler boy) along with some fun classic board games. We do charge $50 pet charge per visit to cover additional cleaning.

HOA rules allow overnight parking to the following types of vehicles:
standard passenger vehicles including, but not limited to, passenger vans designed to accommodate ten (10) or fewer people, motorcycles, golf carts and pick-up trucks having a manufacturer's rating or payload capacity of one (1) ton or less, station wagons, family sedans,
compacts, SUVs, subcompacts and similar passenger vehicles.

"Prohibited Vehicle" shall be defined as any
vehicle that is not an Authorized Vehicle or Restricted Vehicle including, but not limited to, any pick up truck having a manufacturer's rating or payload capacity of greater than 1 ton, stakebed
trucks, tank trucks, dump trucks, step vans, concrete trucks, limousines, and/or any vehicle on which trucks, materials, and/or tools are visible, or with a body type normally employed as a business vehicle, vehicles designed to accommodate more than ten (10) people, vehicles
having more than two (2) axels and/or aircraft. The type of motor vehicle license plate shall not be material to the foregoing definition.
