Guest access
Guests have access to the entire main house, backyard, pool and spa, outdoor entertaining areas, driveway parking and second garage.

Guests will have self check in provided. Passcode will be sent on the day of check in. A detailed instruction will be sent on check in day.

Prohibited Areas & Equipment Use
Access to outdoor casita, pool equipment, heater systems, circuit panels, and maintenance closets is not permitted. These areas are restricted to authorized personnel only, for your safety and to avoid system malfunctions and accidental mishaps. We will provide you enablement after approval of use.

• Trash Pick up Schedule - Saturday Morning
Guests staying on Friday are kindly requested to place the trash bins at the curb before your leave the home or in night, as Saturday collection is mandated by city and important for appropriate sanitation.
