This beautiful 1950’s Mid-Century modern home is located right off Route 8 in the active North Hill neighborhood of Akron, within an easy commute to Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, Cleveland, Youngstown and Canton! Plenty of surrounding parks, ball field complexes, trails, shopping, restaurants, night life, minor league baseball, concerts, and more!

Two-story house has (3) full bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, a workstation in the 2nd floor bedroom, and (2) bedrooms on the main floor. Relaxing living room on main floor with loveseat, sofa, & 50" Smart TV, adjacent to the kitchen.
