L'appartamento è dotato di WIFI e CONDIZIONATORI in ogni stanza, di ultima generazione.Ha un'ampia veranda a est arredata completamente per mangiare all'aperto e rilassarsi,con splendida vista sul golfo e con vista a sinistra, sulla montagna. A ovest un'altra piccola veranda con vista sulla montagna, consente di beneficiare del caldo sole pomeridiano sino al tramonto.Nel piccolo giardino oltre la doccia esterna si trova il BARBECUE riparato, per gustose grigliate.L'appartamento ha un bagno completo anche di doccia,wc,bidet, lavandino e lavatrice e una doccia esterna in posizione appartata nel giardino ad uso esclusivo del piano mansarda. Il tetto è isolato con il sughero, naturale corteccia degli alberi che garantisce un clima ottimale. Il soggiorno che serve anche come sala da pranzo, si affaccia direttamente sulla veranda vista mare; i letti nuovi e con reti e materassi comodissimi, completano tutto l'arredamento curato anche nei particolari:dai tendaggi ai rivestimenti , al mobilio che garantiscono la possibilità di un'accurata pulizia. Nella cucina, nuovissima, con piano cottura in quarzo e fornelli e lavandino , si trovano oltre al frigo con congelatore anche la lavastoviglie, il forno ventilato e a microonde, fornelli e tutti gli utensili da cucina per poter cucinare autonomamente in casa. Nel bagno è disponibile tutto il giorno acqua calda e fredda , così come nella doccia esterna .Tutti i sanitari sono rifornii dai pannelli a energia solare e in alternativa da scaldacqua elettrico. Non mancano phoon e ferro da stiro con relativo asse, biancheria per i letti, per il bagno e il mare.Luminosissimo è situato in una tranquilla zona del piccolo villaggio di Cala Gonone, lontano dal caos seppur vicino al mare cui dista circa 400 mt.Intorno tutti i parcheggi sono gratuiti.
The space
The apartment is equipped with WIFI and AIR CONDITIONERS in every room, of the latest generation. It has a large veranda to the east, fully furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing, with a splendid view of the gulf and with a view to the left, of the mountain. To the west, another small veranda overlooking the mountain allows you to enjoy the warm afternoon sun until sunset. In the small garden beyond the outdoor shower is the sheltered BARBECUE, for tasty grills. The apartment has a full bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine and an outdoor shower in a secluded position in the garden for the exclusive use of the attic floor. The roof is insulated with cork, a natural tree bark that guarantees an optimal climate. The living room, which also serves as a dining room, overlooks the veranda overlooking the sea; the new beds with very comfortable nets and mattresses, complete all the furnishings, also with attention to detail: from the curtains to the upholstery, to the furniture that guarantee the possibility of careful cleaning. In the brand-new kitchen, which has a quartz cooktop, a stove, and a sink, you will find a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a convection oven, a microwave, a stove, and all the kitchen utensils you need to cook for yourself at home. Hot and cold water is available all day in the bathroom, as well as in the outdoor shower. All the sanitary facilities are supplied by solar energy panels and alternatively by an electric water heater. There is no shortage of hairdryers and irons with their boards, bed linen, bathroom and beach linen. It is located in a quiet area of the small village of Cala Gonone, away from the chaos but close to the sea, which is about 400 meters away. All parking lots are free. The Municipality's accommodation tax is €1.50 per person per night.

Guest access
The apartment is accessed from a courtyard, on a staircase on the west side of the house where the entrance is protected by a pretty veranda illuminated by the sun at sunset, with a wooden roof and mountain view, and is visible from the street. The veranda where the entrance door is located is also protected by a gate with a key.
Guests have the entire apartment, verandas, barbecue, and outdoor shower to themselves. Only the garden around the house is shared.

Other things to note
Our house is located in Cala Gonone, a seaside resort in the middle of a fascinating coast that is striking for the diversity of its landscapes and the very high cliffs that, together with the turquoise water, the beautiful seabed, the small and white finely polished pebbles characterize the most beautiful beaches to the south reachable by car, by sea or through long walks immersed in completely uncontaminated nature: for kilometers the colors of the sea and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub are the real stars! But the privilege of living in the marina of the town of Dorgali is that in addition to the beautiful beaches to the south reachable from Cala Gonone by car or boat, the town borders the coast to the north; it is in fact possible to easily reach the beaches of Cartoe and Osalla, Su Barone etc. up to the splendid oasis of Bidderosa and Berchidda and beyond; to the south from a panoramic road on the eastern Sardinian coast, you arrive in Ogliastra. These are more or less large beaches made of endless sandy shores of fine sand and emerald sea that you will never forget!
All protected by the wild Supramonte with the suggestive localities of the Barbagia hinterland, rich in ancient traditions, characteristic archaeological sites and breathtaking landscapes for lovers of excursions and more, and which surrounds wonders such as the beach of Goloritze' with the 144-meter monolith, a paradise for climbers, and caves, gorges such as that of "Gorroppu", woods, primary forests and springs such as that of Gologone with its navigable river. Numerous hiking trails on unspoiled landscapes that leave you breathless, accessible on foot or by mountain bike; as well as the coves where everyone can carve out a space in contact with nature; unmissable trips along the river or to the sea, by kayak or canoe.
