Experience history in this 1950’s 3 bed 2 bath Crim House centrally located in the Northern downtown area. This unique 2400 sq ft house has room to sleep up to 12 w/ (2) King, (1) Queen memory foam mattress beds and (3) 18” Queen air mattresses Experience the serenity of the water fountain while sitting around the fire pit table and cooking on the BBQ in our completely gated back yard.
Perfect place for wedding, reception, baby/bridal showers, and more for additional venue fees.

The space
Enjoy this 2400sq ft 1950’s corner lot house with beautiful desert landscape, completely gated back yard, in very nice neighborhood located within 1 mile of the Colorado River, under 2 miles from the Pacific Avenue Athletic Complex (PAAC), 20 miles from Martinez Lake/Fishers Landing boat ramps, 10 miles from Imperial Sand Dunes, 6 miles from Los Algodones, Mexico.

Guest access
Enjoy access to the entire house. This property does have a long term tenant in the studio rental on the West end of the carport that is completely separated from the house itself. As our guest, you have full unshared access to the entire backyard, front yard, covered carport and the main house.

Other things to note
We have exterior security cameras and door bell cameras with full video recording so you can feel safe parking your cars street side on both the front and side of the house. There is also a covered carport for one vehicle
