POOL HEAT:
• The pool will be scheduled to heat to 85 degrees. However, pool temperature cannot be guaranteed when outdoor temperatures drop below 70 degrees.

PET STAYS:
We are a dog friendly house with the following Pet Policy:
• Approval and non-refundable $200 pet fee must be confirmed prior to your stay
• Pet not allowed on furniture or in pool
• Pet must be fully house trained
• Pet must be completely cleaned up after
• Pet must be leashed at all times when not in fenced area
• Pet must be crated indoors when not home with pet
• If barking becomes an issue during stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
• 1 pet per stay
• If it is determined that a pet was in the house without prior authorization an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged and guest will be removed from the premise immediately.

Restricted Breeds and Animals:
•In accordance with the requirements of our insurance provider, the following dog breeds are not permitted on the property under any circumstances:
Akita, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Catahoula Leopard Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and any Wolf or Wolf-Hybrid.
•Additionally, exotic pets, non-domesticated animals, livestock, and farm or saddle animals are strictly prohibited on the premises.

DURING YOUR STAY:
• Renters must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by parents with valid driver’s license and be present for the duration of the rental period.

PARKING:
• 1 boat allowed in driveway during your stay
• No street or lawn parking allowed
• 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. Please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

The entire home will be open for our guest's use. Door code will be provided to access the property.

Easy access from home to the beaches and attractions. There are a few routes onto Anna Maria Island. Recommended route is by taking Manatee Ave to the island. Otherwise, Cortez Road West will provide another route to Anna Maria Island or a scenic route to Longboat Key, Lido Key and Sarasota.

We think the perfect number of guests is between 6-10, but can accommodate up to 12. We do provide 2 additional folding chair beds with linens in the children's bunk room that can be used for comfortable toddler beds anywhere throughout the home.

Visible motion-activated recording cameras are located at the front door (ring doorbell) and side garage door directed at the pool mechanical equipment/air conditioning unit. These are in place for security purposes along with allowing us to make sure cleaners and maintenance staff arrive when scheduled.

We provide security door sensors for extra peace of mind. They chime to alert you when doors are opened, so you'll always know when someone is entering, exiting or accessing the pool patio.
