The space

This cozy two-bedroom, one-bath apartment is thoughtfully designed with simplicity and comfort in mind. It features a kitchen, a living area with a comfortable sofa, and a dedicated workspace for your convenience. The bedrooms boast a plush queen bed and minimalist decor to promote relaxation. The apartment also includes a washer and dryer.

There is WiFi and a projector with an Amazon fire stick.

Take a short walk to the Red River and enjoy peaceful moments fishing, strolling along the water, or simply watching the vibrant sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and great for morning or evening walks.

Other things to note

Note that my place is located around a few homes that were damaged years ago and never rebuilt. No one lives there but other than being an eye sore, we have no issues.

You may encounter a few friendly neighborhood cats during your stay. They’re independent, low-maintenance visitors who might stop by for a quick hello but will wander off if ignored.
