Cozy Log Cabin Retreat w/Mtn & Creek View in Smoky - Wears Valley

- No pets
- No smoking (Marijuana or tobacco cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarette or any similar product whose use generates smoke or vapours), parties, or events
- Make sure the gas range is turned off, and don't leave the gas stove unattended.
- Please load and start the dishwasher.
- Take out the trash / make sure it's locked in the bear trash cages.
- Make sure all windows and doors are locked as you leave the property
- Leave all used towels in the bathtubs; you can leave the beds unmade.
- Fireplace: This is a gas fireplace only. DO NOT place firewood into this gas fireplace.
- Guests MUST be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult
- Use dark towels to remove any makeup ($25 charge if white bath towel is used, $15 charge if white hand or face towel is used)
- Items taken from cabin. Any items take from the cabin or found missing from the cabin you will be called upon the item missing and possible credit card transaction will be charged to your credit card. For any towel taken or missing at time the cabin is being cleaned (day of your departure) you will be charged $150 per towel missing. Blankets missing will be charged $350 per blanket, or any other item missing you will be charged $150 or more per item. Or you can return item(s) within 5 business days at your cost. You will be notified that day of the missing item.
- Maximum number of occupants. The cabin is to be occupied by no more than 6 persons at any time. House parties are not allowed. We will not rent to vacationing students or anyone under 25 years of age unless approved by Owner and/or accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture and the party will not be permitted to check in. IF FOUND TO HAVE MORE PEOPLE IN THE CABIN THAN WHAT THE BOOKING RESERVATION WAS BOOKED AT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $150 PER PERSON, PER NIGHT. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PAY THE EXTRA PERSON(S), YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT ANY REFUND. THIS POLICY IS STRONGLY ENFORCED.
- Hot tub. The hot tub is available for guest use, however, please be aware that the water temperature may not be hot upon arrival and adjust it to your desired level. Children should not use the hot tub without adult supervision and it should not be left unattended while in use. Please refrain from using soaps, oils or bubble baths in the hot tub as it can damage the equipment. After use, please ensure the cover is properly secured. Guest use of the hot tub is at their own risk and responsibility.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce noise volume between 10PM & 7AM
- The Guest is responsible for leaving the Property in a clean and orderly condition upon departure.
- The Guest is responsible for any damages to the Property caused by the Guest or their guests.
