Outdoor spaces include a large deck with a duel fuel grill and a small smoker (propane is provided, guests are responsible for charcoal) and dining area, a dock with a full view of the lake with a seating area and a large umbrella with LED lighting so you can enjoy it day or night. The property comes with 5 person inflatable boat with life vests so you can get out on the lake. As well as a campfire pit with a bench for making s'mores to end the day.

The house is located in a gated community which seasonally offers 4 pools, a guarded beach, pedal boats, kayaks and canoes for use on the lake, mini golf, sports courts and various other amenities.
