Getting around

Sit by the pool to relax or walk only 1/2 block to the beach! There is so much to do in the Newly Trendy Pompano. You are walking distance to the new beautiful Pompano beach Pier, free outdoor gym on the beach, restaurants, drug store, coffee shops, ice cream, rental bikes and everything else you need. Only a 5-minute drive from golf, shopping mall, fishing and so much more. A wonderful vacation spot!

The condo will be delivered in excellent condition and will have to be maintained by the visitors and left at the end of the stay in the same state. Anything damaged/broken/missing during the stay will have to be paid by and will be the responsibility of the visitor.

• Minimum age is 25. 2 people maximum.
• Smoke-free building.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
• No parties or events.
• Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 09:00.
• Lost keys are 100$.
• No other guests without our approval.
• The condo cannot be sub-leased.
• Important to respect check-in and checkout times please. We can try to arrange early check-in or late checkout for a 50$ fee. Just let us know. No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
