Free parking on the premises means plenty of room for the family car (or cars!). No shared spaces, no strangers — just your family and your home away from home ✨

📅 Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in / Late check-out: 1,000 THB per hour (subject to availability)
- Security deposit: 5,000 THB (collected in cash on arrival, returned at check-out)

⚠️ House Rules
- No breakfast included
- Quiet hours after 10:00 PM (no outdoor noise / poolside speakers)
- No smoking indoors (Fine 2,000 THB)
- No illegal drugs (Immediate eviction, no refund)
- Extra guest with extra mattress: 500 THB per person per night
- Guests responsible for damages & unwashed kitchenware (3,000 THB fine)

🐶 Pets
- Small dogs only (≤10 kg), maximum 2 dogs
- Fee: 500 THB per dog per night
- Please bring your own pet bedding and toilet supplies
- Pets are not allowed on beds or any furniture
- Strictly no pets in the swimming pool (Penalty: 10,000 THB)
- Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly
