This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with well-stocked galley kitchen has everything you need. Ocean is steps away; the outdoor pool with water slide is ready to make your beach memories. Easy parking and laundry room access (uses an app for payment).
Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has twin bunks with a twin trundle (bunks are best for children, not adults but are standard twin beds, just not a lot of head room).

A Place at the Beach offers family fun for everyone: outdoor pool with water slide, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool with hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf, grills, sandy beaches, and outdoor activities for all ages ... You won't need to leave!
Reminder: Please do NOT move furniture around. Please treat our place with respect.
Bring beach towels. Chairs and some beach items/toys available in the condo.
Cleaning Fee includes Cleaning and Linens (towels and bed linens).
Admin Fee is the APATB Office Arrival Packet Fee. If you do not return this packet, a $50 charge will be assessed from your security deposit.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

You may check in any time at 4 pm or after, checkout time is strictly 10 am to allow our cleaners time to clean between renters. You will check in with the office or have access to a lockbox if arriving after hours.

House Rules

No wet butts on the furniture.
No moving furniture.
Put furniture back in proper placement if it was moved.
Return packet to OFFICE or be assessed a $50 fine.

50% due at booking, 50% due 60 days prior or cancel.
Venmo or Stripe is available for making payments.

Refundable Damage Deposit

After cleaning crew comes through and all is well from them, the security deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in.
