At Salt & City Stays, we are delighted to present this beautifully restored 16th-century manor, a luxurious and spacious retreat in Cowbridge.

Stepping inside, the elegant dining room, complete with a wood burner, provides a warm and inviting setting for shared meals. Beyond, the breakfast room leads into a separate kitchen, tastefully designed to complement the grandeur of the property. Well-equipped with a range cooker and an American-style fridge freezer, it balances character with modern convenience. The beautifully furnished sitting room, featuring a Smart TV and a log burner, offers the perfect space for cosy evenings in. A downstairs WC is also available on this level for added convenience.

Upstairs, six stylish bedrooms provide luxurious accommodation. The first bedroom features a super king-size bed and Smart TV, leading through a walk-in wardrobe to an en-suite with a double shower, heated towel rail, and toilet. Two of the double bedrooms also have en-suite shower rooms, while the remaining two doubles and one twin share two spacious bathrooms, each with a bath and toilet—one also featuring an overhead shower and screen. The entire house has been designed with comfort in mind, with luxurious linens, Wi-Fi throughout, and thoughtful touches such as a welcome pack to ensure guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Outside, guests can take advantage of a beautiful patio area with furniture looking out over the grounds, plus enjoy the large heated swimming pool, open from May to October. Private parking for three cars is available, and the house’s location provides easy access to everything Cowbridge has to offer.

Guests will have exclusive use of the Cowbridge Manor House itself.

The Pheasantry, a self-contained wing with its own kitchen/living area, double en-suite bedroom, twin bedroom, and main bathroom, can either be included as part of the main house or separated for additional privacy, depending on the needs of the guests.

The grounds are open to the guests of the Manor House and shared with other guests staying on the estate, the main house has an exclusive patio area complete with dining furniture.

The outdoor heated swimming pool is available for guest use from May to October, between 10:00am and 8:00pm. This is a shared facility with other properties on the estate.
