Outdoor Cameras & Privacy

Please understand that we have two outdoor security cameras: one at the front door and one at the pool house. These cameras are installed solely to protect our property and assets. We do not have the time or desire to monitor guests during their stay. In fact, the cameras are muted because we do not want to be disturbed by them.
The cameras are used only as a point of reference if an incident occurs involving property damage, injury, number of guest or a safety concern. Both cameras are located outdoors.

Animal Policy
We are animal lovers ourselves, but unfortunately, we do not allow animals at our property. This policy is in place out of consideration for future guests who may have allergies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Pool & Backyard Rules
The pool is closed for the season. However, you are still welcome to enjoy the backyard, sit outside, or use the grill.
Even though the pool is closed, please continue to follow all pool-area rules as if it were open.
Pool gate locks: These locks are in place for children's safety and must remain secured unless an adult is actively supervising the area.
Pool cover: The cover is intended for winter protection only and is not a safety cover. It will not support the weight of a person. Please keep children off the cover and away from the pool area.
We want everyone to enjoy their stay while keeping our property safe and comfortable for all guests.

Please park any trucks larger than 1 ton on curb in front of house not on driveways. This would be in the rules but airbnb has limited the characters in the rules section.
