As you step through the front door, you’ll find a cozy bunk room to your left, perfect for kids or guests. Just beyond, a bathroom awaits with a toilet, sink, and a shower-over for washing the sand of your feet.

From here, you have two options:

Up a few steps leads you to the charming middle king-size bedroom, complete with a DVD TV and drawers for your belongings.

On the landing, there’s a lovely bookshelf filled with books for you to enjoy during your stay.

Continue down the hall, and you’ll discover a standalone shower room with a sink on the left. Further along is the main bedroom, featuring a sumptuous king-size bed, a dressing table, and an en suite bathroom with a bath, toilet, and sink for added privacy.

If you stroll past the bedroom, you’ll find the balcony door. Step outside to a quaint bistro table and two chairs, where you can unwind and take in the peaceful views. Keep an eye out to the right—you might just spot some horses frolicking in the field!

Or, you can head downstairs into the welcoming open-plan living and dining area. You can connect to the fast 76mbs free WIFI and relax on the large corner sofa while having quality family time. You can catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV or watch one of the many DVDs on the DVD player. The dining table comfortably seats six, and there’s a chest filled with children’s toys to keep the little ones entertained.

To your left, the well-equipped kitchen (including a Ninja Air Fryer, Washer Dryer and a Dishwasher) makes cooking a breeze, and across the room, you’ll find the door leading to the enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor enjoyment. The garden features a table and chairs, along with a convenient retractable washing line attached to the bottom fence.

For our youngest guests, we offer a travel cot with an additional extra-comfy mattress and a high chair to ensure a comfortable stay for families.

Please note there are stairs to enter the property. The property is split level so stairs going down to the living room then a few steps going up to the two king size bedrooms. There are also stairs down to the garden. There are handrails at the front and the back down the stairs and the downstairs toilet has handrails in too.
