Astroturf garden area with a south facing aspect perfect for sun bathing and relaxing after a day exploring all that Brighton has to offer. Strictly no parties, no Hen or Stag groups.Please note. Unfortunately due to neighbour complains we have had to remove the table tennis table in the rear garden to comply with the local authority and environmental regulations.
