Bed Arrangements and Guest Amenities

Bed arrangements, linens, towels, and complimentary amenities are prepared according to the number of guests indicated in your confirmed reservation

Single Floor Mattress

A single floor mattress may be provided for the registered number of guests upon request at least 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

Complimentary Toiletries

Complimentary shampoo and body soap are provided for your stay. Please note that these supplies are limited to the initial provision and are not automatically replenished.

Additional Items and Requests

Requests for extra towels, blankets, linens, or other room items must be made in advance (24-48) hours and are subject to availability and applicable charges, particularly for stays of fewer than five nights.

Reservation Details

Your room setup and included amenities are based on your confirmed booking. Please ensure the correct number of guests and any required sleeping arrangements or special requests are indicated before completing your reservation.

Private Condominium Unit

Our space is a privately managed condominium unit, not a hotel. Daily housekeeping and automatic replenishment of supplies are not included unless specifically arranged in advance.

Housekeeping During Your Stay

Housekeeping services between stays are available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. Cleaning is scheduled between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM only. Please notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance so we can coordinate with our housekeeper.

Late and Last-Minute Bookings

For last-minute bookings, especially reservations made after 2:00 PM or for one-night stays, the standard setup may initially be prepared for two guests. Additional arrangements may require coordination with our housekeeper. Housekeeping assistance is generally unavailable after 7:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate requests, subject to availability and scheduling.

Keeping the Space Clean and Tidy

We appreciate guests who take good care of our space, keep it neat and tidy, and follow the house rules throughout their stay.

PARKING INFORMATION

On-site parking may be available for ₱400–₱500 per night, on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ask the receptionist or security officer for directions.

MANDATORY BUILDING ID Registration at Check-in

Building management requires all guests to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in and provide a copy for official guest registration and security purposes.

This is a building-imposed requirement, separate from Airbnb’s identity verification process. ID copies must be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy requirements.

⏰ CHECK-OUT REMINDER

Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, with a 15-minute grace period until 11:15 AM.

To allow our housekeeping team to prepare the unit for incoming guests, late check-out beyond 11:15 AM requires prior approval and may incur a ₱300 fee per hour or part thereof, in accordance with our disclosed house rules.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the check-out schedule and follow the house rules. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.
