Salty air and unforgettable memories await you in this adorable, newly renovated beach cottage where rustic coastal charm meets upscale furnishings and modern amenities. Just about a 1/2 mile from the beach and centrally located, this is the perfect spot for your Cape Cod vacation!!

No detail has been overlooked in preparing for your stay...enjoy the use of our beach chairs/towels, coolers, gas grill, outdoor shower, private outdoor seating and dining options, bed and bath linens, AC, smart TVs, WiFi, USB charging ports, books, games, and "insider" area information!

2 bedrooms - Queen bed in one and 2 twin beds in the other.

All 3 TVs are smart TVs - one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Feel free to use any log-ins you have for any streaming subscriptions. There's also a DVD player with some DVDs and a Red Box nearby.

Wireless High-Speed Internet is available throughout the home.

Kitchen provides filtered water dispenser and automatic ice maker (part of freezer), blender, dishwasher, pots/pans/baking sheets, higher quality cooking utensils, seafood tools, and a coffee bar that includes filters, sugar, and artificial sweetener for your enjoyment while staying with us! We also include essentials like salt/pepper, some spices, oil, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent and paper towels.

One full bathroom with essentials provided: towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and even a place to put your toothbrushes!

Cozy up in the living room to watch a movie on the smart TV or to read one of the fiction books we've provided. Or create lasting memories as you gather together to play one of the games we've left for guest use!

Lamps and charging ports throughout the home for your convenience...no need to get up to shut off the light or try to find a plug somewhere.

The back patio has comfortable seating, patio lights, and beautiful hydrangeas (a Cape Cod favorite!). There's also a propane fire pit table and outdoor natural gas grill. We ask that fires are never left unattended and that the grill and the fire pit table are not moved around.Watch the kids play in the yard from the conversational seating on the patio as they safely get out all their energy and crash at bedtime (don't you wish it was always this easy?!).

The outdoor beach cabinet has beach chairs, a rolling beach cart, outdoor games, and a cooler for guest use. There are also beach towels at the bottom of the bathroom linen closet if you'd like to relax in the sun on the beach.

You will find that West Yarmouth is a great central location to enjoy ALL the Cape has to offer. Convenient to route 28, route 6 (easy access to other parts of the Cape), the ferries, the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike path) and bike rentals, the dinner train, motor boat and kayak rentals (and right in the middle of Cape Cod)...any part of the Cape can become a day trip! There's also a water park close-by and the artist shanties and Hyannis Main St are just the next town over! Plan a vacation around the unique attractions and plenty of beach-side fun and fantastic restaurants close to the cottage!
