This 3,000 square foot NEWLY RENOVATED home has three spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage and closet space and sleeps 8 people total. Dedicated office space makes this ideal for remote work. The primary bedroom, located on the entire second floor, has a large en suite bathroom with rainfall shower. The other two guest rooms are located on the first floor off of the dining room. One is equipped with a Queen bed and the other is great for kids with two singles and a bunk bed.

Guests will have access to the entire house as well as a shed that is well stocked with all of the gear you'll need for a day at the beach.

The house is on a quiet street just a few doors down from the beach. We're a 10 minute walk to neighboring Walnut Beach where you'll find restaurants, Walnut Beach Creamery and more! Beach access is directly at the end of our street.

Driveway for 2 cars and free street parking available. Walking distance to local restaurants. Milford Train Station is only 10 minutes away for easy transport to places like New Haven, Stamford or NYC!

Please note the house next door is under renovation. As of now, there is no noise or construction but we will keep renters updated if this should change.
