Kitchen and conveniences The full kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, cookware, a coffee maker, French press, blender, rice maker and baking supplies. You’ll also have a washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. Guest access You’ll have private access to the entire City of Trees House and fully fenced backyard. No indoor or outdoor spaces are shared. Self check-in uses the Level Keypad beside the front door. Your unique four-digit code is sent through your booking message thread at 12:00 PM Pacific on arrival day and activates at 4:00 PM. If your code has not arrived or the keypad is not working, message or call us before coming to the house. We can resend the code, unlock the door remotely, or coordinate the backup-key lockbox on the post beside the front door. Other things to note Hot tub The private hot tub is available daily from 7 AM–10 PM. Please observe these hours for guest safety and consideration of our neighbors. Check-in and checkout - Check-in: 4 PM - Checkout: 11 AM Early check-in or late checkout may be available when the schedule allows. Please ask after booking. Pets Up to two dogs or cats are welcome with prior approval and a $25 fee per pet for the stay. Parking and EV charging The driveway accommodates one vehicle and includes a Tesla Level 2 EV charger. An adapter is available for compatible non-Tesla vehicles. Additional free street parking is available nearby. Luggage drop-off Luggage drop-off is available by prior coordination. At the confirmed time, come to the front door and hand the bags to us. There is no separate storage location or self-service luggage access.
