Please note that the document above will need to be signed by all group members (you are confirming that you understand and agree to follow all the city rules and regulations), and returned to the Owner within 24 hours of arrival.
** You must be at least 25 years old to book this property, and you will need to sign a vacation rental contract and provide your id to the owner (these as per city requirements).
** City requires that I have a vacation rental contract with guest and you will need to provide your id to the owner.
** As per city rules, video call between owner and guest is required at time of arrival.
** Occupancy Limit: Nighttime max occupancy is 4 people, but 2 additional people are allowed if they are 12 years of age or under. Total daytime max occupancy is 8 people.
** Vehicles: Only 2 cars are allowed (if you are renting more than 28 nights, please discuss with owner if you have more than 2 cars).
** Noise: city says no music or sound (TV, cell phone, radio, etc.) are allowed outside at any time; i.e., music, etc. only inside, and not audible beyond the property line.
