The contemporary architecture, the spacious floor plan and natural materials leave no desires. The house is located on the slope of the West / East connection and at the starting point for weekly night skiing on the Alp Stätz slope. Fun right on your doorstep! The bus stop "Parpaner Höhe" is a 2-minute walk from us away. In the summer we are starting point for many beautiful hiking and biking tours! The Heidsee is 10 min. walking distance away from us.
