📝 SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement upon booking. It includes key details like check-in/out times, house rules, and other important stay information. Including no smoking & no pets.

⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and depend on our cleaning schedule.
• Early check-in/Late checkout : $25 per hour with prior approval.
Please note: We do our best to accommodate these requests, but they may not be possible with same-day reservations.

🛋️ PARKING
There is ONE designated parking spot directly behind the house with direct access to the house from the backyard gated fence. Rear Parking Spot will NOT fit large vehichles: Sprinter Vans, Suburbans, Pick Up Trucks, RV, or trailers. Please refer to the check in instructions for further details.

🔇 QUIET HOURS
You're staying in a peaceful, residential neighborhood with full-time residents and families on each side of the house.
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No loud music or disruptive noise during this time. Violation may result in fines, removal from the property without refund, or being reported to Airbnb.

🚭 NO SMOKING
This is a 100% smoke-free home. There is a minimum $500 fine for any evidence of smoking inside the property.
