Charming bedroom/suite with private entrance, attached bathroom and walk-in closet in a home near downtown, Buffalo Bayou, and Memorial Park with a queen-size bed, sitting area, wall-mounted smart TV and dedicated work space with WiFi. Located a couple of blocks from Washington Ave and Shepherd Drive we’re close to virtually everything: the Heights, Montrose, the Medical Center, the Galleria. Guests access the room through the yard and let themselves in with a keypad lock. Street parking.

The space
This house is located in a gated community of 5 homes just a few blocks away from the Washington Avenue Corridor.

Guest access
Please note that this listing is for a private room with en-suite bathroom, not an entire house. Guests will have access to the room, private attached bathroom, and large walk-in closet as well as the small backyard which is used to enter the room. Guests will not have access to the remainder of the house, which is occupied by the owners.

During your stay
Interactions will be minimal to non-existent unless a guest needs me for something. I’m retired so I’m home a fair amount but I’m also pretty quiet.

Other things to note
• NO SMOKING 🚭

• Parking in the West End can be challenging. To make things easier, I highly recommend considering the convenience of Uber or Lyft, especially if you're planning a night out. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
