Look forward to welcoming you to Memphis, where I've lived for 30+ years. I've enjoyed trips to my wife's homeland of S. Korea, as well as other places near and far, so understand the desire to see more of the country, and hope you have a wonderful experience while based in Memphis. Lots of history here, particularly with our musical heritage, as well as greenspace and mild winters to facilitate an active lifestyle. Our residents are known for southern hospitality, so expect warm interactions at a slow southern pace while you explore the area.

Getting around

There is plenty of off-street covered parking and most people in Memphis drive their own vehicle or rent a car. Ridesharing services are also readily available, and though we would not recommend public transportation in this area, it is about a block from a bus stop on Quince.

House Rules

- No parties at all. Any additional guests that have not been pre-coordinated will be $15/guest. Any parties will result in a steep fine and the termination of the guest's stay.
- Please keep the noise down, especially past 10pm, to be respectful of the neighbors.
- No smoking or vaping in or outside the property (which will be a $150 fine per violation to get the smoke out). This is not a 420 friendly property. No smoking No parties or events.

Due each month in advance.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Will refund within 30 days after checkout, sooner if possible, after verification no damages occurred during stay.

Notes

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, full length mirror, two closets and a TV. Additionally, there's an ensuite half-bath. The second bedroom features an equally comfortable queen size bed. There is a dedicated office complete with Comcast gigabit Internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and anything else needed for cooking a full meal or just having a quick cup of coffee. If you notice anything missing, please let us know. A second TV is in the living room. Just log in to your entertainment accounts and enjoy watching the large screen TV. Plenty of parking spaces with two covered carports and a garage. Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood so parties and extra guests are not permitted.
