The space
This house was built in the 1970's and is located in one of the OG neighborhoods of Old Nags Head Cove. It's so OG it has the word "old" in it.

The home is simple and meets your basic needs. No frills, just functionality.

Guest access
All of it except the shed. You’ll get a door code.

Other things to note
Ongoing maintenance. This home is solid and over 50 years old. I'm working on getting this classic home caught up to my standards. If you notice something that needs fixing, please message me so I can work on that.
