House Rules & Important Information:

To help keep the home clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow the house rules during your stay:

• No pets allowed inside or on the property
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted

Guests who do not follow the house rules may be asked to leave the property without refund.

Please note: This is a strictly no-pet property. If a pet is brought into the home without prior approval, a $250 fee will be charged to the reservation and guests may be asked to leave immediately.

The maximum guest occupancy for the home is 4 guests. Hosting parties, events, or additional unregistered guests is not permitted. Any guest hosting a party will be asked to leave the property.

If your stay is longer than 10 nights, a required mid-stay cleaning fee of $125 will apply. Housekeeping will need access to the home to complete a light cleaning during your stay.

Contractors must inform the host prior to booking and receive approval before reserving the property. Contractors are expected to follow the same cleanliness and house standards as all other guests.

Starter supplies of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.

If you have trash during your stay, please place it in the trash bags provided and dispose of it in the outdoor trash bins. All trash should be bagged properly.

For the comfort of all guests and to help protect the HVAC system during October–May:
• Heat should not be set higher than 68° during your stay

Parking: Spots 4 & 5

Please do not overuse the A/C. The lowest recommended setting is 68°. The system is controlled by remote and may automatically adjust back to 68° when no movement is detected in the home.

Contracting groups are required to have the property professionally cleaned once per month at the group’s expense. For stays longer than three (3) weeks, an additional cleaning is required during the fourth week, also at the group’s expense.

Late Check-Out Policy

Late check-out must be authorized in advance by the host.

Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a $100 late check-out fee.

Guests remaining in the property after 1:00 PM will be charged an additional full-day rate based on the reservation rate.

If you have a few extra minutes before checking out, any assistance with the following is always greatly appreciated!

🛁 Used Towels & Linens

Please place used bathroom towels and linens in the bathtub or near the laundry area. If you’d like to go the extra mile and start a load of laundry, our cleaning team would be especially grateful! This is completely optional.

🗑️ Trash

Please ensure all trash is properly bagged and placed near the front door for easy removal.

🍽️ Used Dishes

If possible, please give used dishes a quick rinse and place them in the kitchen sink. This helps prevent food from drying onto dishes and makes washing them easier and more efficient for our cleaning team.

We work hard to provide every guest with a clean, well-maintained property. We kindly ask that you treat our home with care and leave it in a condition similar to how you found it, allowing for normal use during your stay.
