Super comfortable room for overnight stays or spending a few days checking out Albuquerque. Located in Barelas and 4 blocks from downtown. Great launching pad for checking out Old Town, the Zoo, the Bosque, night life on Central, and the Railyard. Like craft beer? You're in the right spot.
Wanna take the train to santa fe for a day trip? The train station is a 10 minute walk. Garage parking available. American-Latina couple along with our cat, Iku (who now lives elsewhere) makes us a family.

The space
A very cozy space and secured parking. Super comfortable queen size bed, walk in closet, a designated drawer for your food in the refrigerator, private bath with tub/shower, ceiling fan, space heater (if needed), central A.C. unit in the summer, smart TV, night stands with lamps, use of washer/dryer. If you don't know where to go, we can recommend a few places.. Se habla español.
We can offer longer term stays on case by case basis.

Guest access
Free garage parking for small to mid size vehicles and plenty of parking outside of the garage. Anywhere downstairs is available for your use. Bathroom is only for your use but the washer/dryer is located in your bathroom. We will work around your reservation as much as possible to not do laundry during your stay. We only ask for permission to access when there are laundry needs (washer/dryer located in your bathroom).
For one night stays, please limit use of washer and dryer to one load. $5 per load, thereafter.

During your stay
If you prefer to keep to yourself, we will respect that.
