These include the two large pools surrounded by lawns and palm trees, the tennis court available to all residents and parking spaces. The house has its own reserved parking spot.

There are several restaurants and shops nearby, all within walking distance. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away!

Everything important can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The pools are truly large and ideal for swimmers. The sandy beach right next to the house is fine sand, very wide and popular with water lovers of all ages. Beach walks are wonderful in any weather!
