Welcome to Ca Carmina, Your home away from home! You can enjoy a quiet and familiar private urbanization with a swimming pool and grassy areas, 10 minutes walking distance from La playa del Cura and with all services nearby. Supermarkets, pharmacies, GP, bars, restaurants and everything you need to have a perfect vacation with 320 days of sunshine a year.
40 minutes by car from Alicante/Elche International Airport
A 50-minute drive from Murcia International Airport
One bedroom apartment on the second floor with 2 single beds of 90 x200 that you can put together and an extra bed.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, and heater and the washing machine is in the bathroom in case you need it during your stay.
The living room is made up of a 3-seater sofa bed from which you can watch television, a relaxing sofa and a low table. The living room has access to an outdoor terrace with tables and chairs.
The kitchen is independent and has a dishwasher, oven, gas hob and electric fire, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen utilities.
The kitchen has access to a covered terrace where you can hang your clothes and beach towels.
If you are going to work remotely, please let us know and we will arrange a space so that you can do it more comfortably.

My name is Gema and the apartment is called "Ca Carmina" to honour my mother she loved the beach and enjoyed the tranquillity and the sun. I love travelling and reading crime novels and animals, I have two rescued cats and online video games are also a hobby I currently live in London with my family I am from Valencia.

Before checking in you have to fill in an online registration form, which the Spanish government requires for all guests. I will send you a link so that you can fill it in yourselves( your ID name, address...), without this information, you will not be able to enter the flat, I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. It is compulsory by law. Thank you very much for your co-operation. 40€ extra fee for cleaning if you have a pet. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking by phone, or email. Your cancellation comes into effect on the date of receipt of your notification.
If you cancel your booking, we will charge the following cancellation fees:
* 24 hours after booking: 100% refundable.
* Up to 40 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental fee.
* From 39 to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rent
* From 28 to 7 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental fee
* 6 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental fee.

No elevator on the premises.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
If you have pets, tell us which one in case you need something extra (litter box in case of cats).
