Quick walk to Forest Beach

See Cape Cod at its most traditional in this cozy, fully renovated cottage. Get a good night's sleep in the cozy bedrooms with central a/c and blackout shades. Prepare for the day in the clean and bright interior. Pack up your beach chairs and cooler and take a short walk down to Forest Beach. Grab your bike and hop on the Cape Cod Rail trail nearby or take a short drive into charming downtown Chatham. After a day in the sun, unwind in the hammock or enjoy a BBQ on the deck.

The space
The entire house is fully renovated head to toe. It is clean, bright, and sunny. It has a great back yard with a deck for grilling out and a hammock to relax in. There is a 50 inch Samsung Frame TV in the living room with Netflix, Peacock and Max. You can also log into your own accounts for other streaming services. The kitchen has quartz countertops and a gas stove and oven. It has a newly installed furnace and central a/c and brand new windows that open easily if you prefer the ocean breeze. The master bedroom has a cozy extra deep pillow top king size mattress. There is also a 32 inch Samsung Frame TV in there if you want a lazy morning watching TV in bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size tempurpedic mattress on the bottom and a twin memory foam mattress on the top. The bathroom is completely remodeled with a large walk in shower.
We recently installed an EV charger outlet (NEMA 14-50) so that you can keep your car charged. Remember to bring your mobile charging cable & adapter.

Other things to note
The last weekend of June until Labor Day Weekend require a minimum of a week with Saturday check in and check out. If you have any questions about dates please inquire before booking. Off peak season is a 2 day minimum.
This is a peaceful neighborhood, absolutely no loud parties or events.
A maximum of 2 dogs may be considered, please inquire. An additional $75 will be charged. Dogs must be house broken and well behaved.
