Calm Home next to Trailhead and Cal Poly - Arcata

Our place is a spacious house located 1-min walk from Arcata Community Forest. From here you only need a 2-min drive to get to Cal Poly Humboldt University. Close to Arcata city center, where you can explore the Farmer's Market at the plaza on Saturdays.

(*Please include your pets in the booking* ) We allow up to 2 pets per stay, with a pet fee. No pets allowed on furniture. Please DO NOT leave them unattended.

The total price includes a 10% short-term rental tax that’s required by the city.

The space

Our place is a spacious two-story house with a total size of 2,410 sqft. The house can host 8 adults comfortably.

Second floor: living room, full kitchen, dining area, sun room; 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 full bathrooms. There are a total of 15 stairs to get to the second floor.

First floor: living room, kitchenette, 1 full bed, 1 full bathroom, pool table, arcade game. This floor is accessible from the garage without stairs.

The indoor fireplaces are NOT currently available for use.

We have a baby gate at the top of the stairs. Some baby supplies (high chair, stroller, rocking horse, pack n’ play, switch covers can be found around the house or upon asking).

Airbnb guests have access to the entire house including the backyard & garage.

We pay for Gigabyte internet service. Our place is perfect for remote working that requires video calls.

We have only exterior cameras at the property for security purposes.
