The apartment is located in the Els Pins neighborhood, a quiet and well-connected area just a few steps from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Blanes is known for its charming old town, seafront promenade, the Marimurtra Botanical Garden, and its stunning crystal-clear coves. In addition, every summer it hosts one of Europe’s most famous international fireworks competitions, which you can enjoy from the terrace.

🌞 Very bright and cool, as it is on the eighth floor with both south and north orientation, allowing for a pleasant cross breeze. It features air conditioning in the living room and fans in each bedroom, although thanks to its privileged location and natural ventilation, you may not even need them. The apartment is fully equipped for a शानदार beach stay, including TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fan in every room.
