This elegant property, ideal for group getaways, is located just 25 minutes by car from Barcelona. A unique setting next to a natural reserve where you can enjoy various activities such as hiking, water sports, or a DO Alella wine tasting.
Located on top of a hill, the property offers impressive views of the Maresme coast. The house is spacious, with large air-conditioned rooms and fantastic outdoor areas, making it the perfect place to gather with family or friends.

The house is distributed over two floors:
On the main floor, there is a large living-dining room, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms with air conditioning, a full bathroom with a shower, and a guest toilet.
On the upper floor, there is a second living room with a television, a double bedroom, and a master suite with a private bathroom, jacuzzi and a walk-in closet.

The house has beds for 10 people, and 2 folding extra beds can be added to accommodate up to 12 guests. For larger groups, please consult us.

The exterior is arranged on two levels:
At the house level, there is a barbecue and outdoor dining area, a lawn, and a trampoline with outdoor furniture.
On the lower level, there is a solarium with a deep pool, sun loungers, side tables, seating, a shower, and an umbrella.

The property is located on a quiet street, just 3 minutes by car from the town center, where you can find all kinds of services and excellent restaurants. For adrenaline lovers, La Poma BikePark is only 5 minutes away.
The nearest beaches are in Premià de Mar, where there is also a marina with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Mataró, with its large shopping center and varied gastronomic offer, is only 10 minutes away. Barcelona Airport is 40 km away, and Girona Airport is 60 km away.
