This bright and peaceful apartment is located in the vibrant yet traditional Gràcia neighbourhood, one of Barcelona’s most charming areas. It is just a 10-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia and offers excellent connections to Plaça Catalunya and the rest of the city.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a residential building and can be accessed via a short flight of stairs.

Modern, comfortable and fully equipped, it provides everything you need for a wonderful stay in Barcelona, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a TV.

The apartment is distributed as follows:

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with a comfortable 150 x 190 cm bed.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each).
Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Kitchen: Separate fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided.
Living and dining area: Comfortable sofa, TV and dining space, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

We provide bed linen, towels and hand soap.

A baby cot is available on request, subject to availability.

In accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax applies to guests and is payable upon arrival. The applicable amount will be charged at the rate in force at the time of check-in.

Late check-in supplements apply:

Check-in between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €30 supplement.

Gràcia was an independent town until the late 19th century and, even today, it has preserved its unique identity, traditions and local lifestyle. For travellers seeking a more authentic Barcelona experience while remaining close to the city centre, Gràcia is an ideal choice. Despite its popularity, it remains far less crowded than many of the city’s main tourist areas, allowing visitors to experience local life at a more relaxed pace.
