Equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay, including air conditioning, TV, and free WiFi, the apartment is spread over two floors:
Lower Floor:
• BEDROOM 1: Bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, access to the balcony, and en-suite bathroom.
• BATHROOM: Full bathroom with a shower.
• KITCHEN: Kitchen integrated into the living room, fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle.
• LIVING-DINING ROOM: With a sofa bed, TV, and access to the balcony where the washing machine is located.
• BALCONY: Includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Upper Floor:
• In the upper floor, there is an open space set up as a second dedroom, featuring a single bed, wardrobe, and access to the terrace.
• TERRACE: Spacious 20 sqm terrace with a sun lounger and a large table, an ideal space for dining on summer nights.
