As a musician, composer, and creative director, I'm often on tour. I'm happy to leave you the keys to my Paris apartment while I'm away.

The space
This 40 sq.m. two-room apartment includes a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with hotel-quality bedding, and a bathroom.

Located on the fourth floor with elevator, it is particularly quiet and enjoys a rare amount of light for inner Paris. With no buildings in sight, it has an unobstructed view of the Parisian sky. Completely renovated recently, it has all the comforts you need for a comfortable stay.

The neighborhood

The Simon Bolivar metro station (line 7 bis) is a few meters from the building, and the Jaurès and Stalingrad stations (lines 2, 5 and 7) are a five-minute walk away. You can easily reach the Opera, the Louvre, the Bastille, Le Marais or Montmartre.

It's a real Parisian neighborhood: excellent bakeries, cheese shops, wine shops, cafes, restaurants and local shops, including a large supermarket very close to the apartment. The Canal Saint-Martin and the Bassin de la Villette are just a few minutes' walk away, with their cafes, restaurants, terraces, barges, cinemas and cultural sites. Finally, the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont is a 7-minute walk away.

Whether you are in Paris for a few days or for a longer stay, I hope you will find a quiet and comfortable place from which to explore Paris.
