Step into our 45m² studio, where the soul of an old fisherman’s house lives on through hand-crafted arched windows. These wooden masterpieces don't just frame the sea; they turn the horizon into your personal gallery.

Apartment containes a premium Queen-size bed for deep relaxation. We also provide a sofa, perfect for those who prefer separate sleeping arrangements. Elegant bathroom with all toileters, high-quality linens, extra blankets, slippers and much more.

A fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a view, but the real star is the beachside BBQ. Grill your fresh catch of the day with the scent of salt in the air.

Right in front of your windows, directly on the Lungomare promenade, sits your private table and chairs. While the promenade is public, this spot offers the exclusive luxury of a front-row restaurant table. Sip your morning coffee or sunset wine where the land meets the sea.
