Located on Sycamore in Over-the-Rhine (adjacent to the Pendleton/OTR area) β a dense, walkable urban neighborhood known for restored 19th-century architecture, independent restaurants, breweries, nightlife, and cultural venues. Key nearby destinations: Findlay Market, Washington Park, Music Hall (Performing Arts), Fountain Square and The Banks riverfront development. The vibe is lively and historic with many walkable amenities, frequent events and short evening foot traffic.
Very walkable to downtown and OTR attractions (most places 5β20 minutes on foot). Public transit options: SORTA/Metro local buses serve downtown corridors; the Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar runs a loop connecting Downtown, The Banks and Over-the-Rhine with stops a short walk away. Rideshare, taxis and bike scooters are commonly available. On-street parking and nearby paid lots/garages provide car parking but expect variable availability during events. For regional connections, SORTA buses connect to Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) services at Government Square hub.
π« No Local Bookings: We do not accept reservations from guests whose primary residence is within 30 miles of the property. This is enforced through guest screening on every booking β no exceptions.
